WHAT YOU CAN AND WHAT YOU CANNOT SELL AND EXHIBIT AT KAISEN

Lots of vendors ask us what they should bring to Kaisen,  You should remember that our event is very much youth-oriented, so your products should reflect that.  Here are some suggestions:

  • Comic books, specially manga and puertorrican comics.

  • Anime, comic book and movie related merchandise (books, cds, dvds, tshirts, etc.)

  • Collectable toys, models and statues (specially if they are related to comics, movies and anime).

  • Collectable card games

  • Original artwork, posters, pins

  • Tech items that are specially used by young people such as computers, cell phones, MP3 players, etc.

SETUP

The fair starts at 9:00 AM of Sunday, December 13, 2009. All setup should be concluded by that time.  We will have personnel starting at 6:00 AM to help you find your space and everything you need.  Kaisen officially ends at 6:00PM.

Vendors will use the entrance at the right side of the floor plan  to bring their merchandise.  No merchandise will be allowed to enter the convention thru the public entrance.  At 10:00 AM the vendors doors will close and no vendors will be allowed in.  If you are late you forfeit your space and no money will be given back.

VENDORS REGISTRY

All vendors should be registered with the Treasury Department of Puerto Rico. If you are not in the registry you can join by using this link.  Remember that at Kaisen day you should be prepared to show your vendor certificate. It is the responsability of each vendor to comply with the regulations of the Treasury Department.
